Occupants of the residential community are satisfied the result hasn't achieved the purpose of the Ferguson dissents that tormented the country when Michael Brown was shot and slaughtered by Officer Darren Wilson a year ago. 

"Alternate urban areas this has occurred in, they get quite bothered up about it. Be that as it may, say thanks to God this is ... you know, it's kept – the group is calm," Joseph Ingram said. 

Walker's mom Cassandra says she declines to watch the recording. She added that Walker moved to Muskogee from Austin, Texas to play football on a grant at Bacone College.
